The paper presents some aspects regarding the conditions of submitting the proposal of introducing new interactive learning methods for lifelong learning in Transilvania University of Brasov: problem based and projectbased learning methods, as the most appropriate for this type of learning. In the same time, the partnership, objectives, learning activities, main outcomes and dissemination of the results of COMPLETE project are presented.
